Job summary

Audinate invites an experienced data leader to build and lead a modern Data & Insights function. You will shape a durable data platform foundation, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Strategy, and drive data-driven decisions across the business.

You will be hands-on in early days, setting up data warehouse choices and reporting cadences, while growing the team as the platform evolves to support cross-functional decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Science in a B2B tech business.
• Proven leadership of a data team and partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with data foundations: warehouses, modelling, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for Audinate's Data & Insights function aligned to commercial priorities.
• Decide on data warehouse, modelling layer, and visualization tooling for durable outputs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Strategy to surface evidence for growth decisions.
• Establish recurring reporting cadence for ELT and Board planning.
• Lead a product-team operating mode with durable outputs and internal customers.
• Grow governance and quality standards across datasets used by the business.
• Build self-service data capabilities while enabling centralized data science for deeper analysis.
• Communicate commercial implications of analyses to leaders and operational teams.
