Job summary
Accenture Australia is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build, enhance and optimise core components of the AI & Data Platform across AI/ML and Agentic AI. You will manage cloud-native and hybrid environments, implement IaC, and strengthen security, observability and cost efficiency.
The role involves working with Azure, Microsoft Foundry, Azure ML, Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric to enable teams to securely develop, test, deploy and operate enterprise AI agents and models.
Qualifications
- Experience building and operating AI/ML platform services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Security, observability and cost‑efficient platform design.
Responsibilities
- Lead cloud-native and hybrid environment setup and management (Azure, Foundry, Azure ML, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric).
- Develop Agentic AI platform capabilities with Foundry and Azure services.
- Drive MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform automation with IaC (Terraform).
- Implement security controls, identity, private networking and secrets management.
- Build observability across models, agents, tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers and product teams.
