Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to strengthen our enterprise data platform, delivering trusted data solutions for finance, risk, regulatory reporting and analytics. You will contribute to a unified view of the business and a scalable data foundation for future initiatives.

You will design and implement robust data warehouse solutions, manage end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Informatica

Qualifications

Strong experience in data warehouse and business intelligence development.
Demonstrated capability in data migration, data modelling and data warehouse design.
End-to-end experience across data modelling, ETL or ELT development, reporting and visualisation.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum or SAFe delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, DevOps, Informatica IICS and AWS.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain robust enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Build and manage end-to-end ETL and ELT pipelines for analytics and reporting.
Define data models that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Deliver scalable and secure solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Informatica IICS, AWS and DevOps tools.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
