Join a leading systems integrator and Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI. As a key member of our growing team located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you'll design and deliver scalable data platforms using Azure and Microsoft Fabric, helping clients unlock the full potential of their data in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and platforms using Azure and Fabric
• Define data architecture and deliver centralised data models into client environments
• Lead technical delivery across large-scale analytics cloud solutions
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Support enterprise-wide data strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

You bring a strategic growth mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for solving complex problems. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning on the fly, and making sound decisions with incomplete information.

• 5+ years' experience in data engineering or consulting roles
• Deep expertise in Azure and Microsoft Fabric tech stacks
• Strong data modelling skills (star/snowflake schemas) and pipeline design
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, PowerApps, LogicApps
• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and ingestion strategies
• Proven consulting experience with excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead delivery, manage complexity, and drive transformation

Bonus Skills:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. DP-600, DP-700)
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Informatica
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos
