Our industry leading client is offering a rare opportunity for experienced Senior or Lead Data Engineers with Databricks design experience to take the next step into a high-impact permanent role.

The Opportunity

Help lead enterprise-wide transformation by architecting scalable, resilient data platforms with Databricks and Azure. You'll go beyond pipelines and performance tuning-you'll shape the strategy, mentor a team, and work directly with stakeholders to build future-ready solutions.

What You'll Be Driving

Architect and implement robust Databricks data solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Lead data engineering best practices across pipelines, models, and flows
Guide junior engineers and elevate team capability
Stay at the forefront of modern data architecture-think Lakehouse, Spark, Azure Synapse, and beyond

What You Bring

Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Spark
Solid architectural (Medallion architecture) thinking across cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and performance
Programming fluency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
Leadership spirit and a desire to mentor
Bonus: experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or enterprise migration programs
