Are you ready to make a real impact with your data expertise? One of Australia's leading healthcare businesses, is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Architect/Governance Lead to take the reins of their enterprise data strategy and architecture.

In this pivotal role, you'll design and build robust, scalable data platforms that drive business success. From creating data models and defining architecture standards to championing data governance and ensuring regulatory compliance, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the way they use and manage data across our organisation.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and implement enterprise-level data solutions aligned with business goals
• Develop and evolve our data governance framework, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into powerful data solutions
• Drive data quality, compliance, and best practices across the organisation

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles
• Strong background in data governance, compliance, and IT standards
• Proven ability to manage complex data initiatives and lead enterprise strategy
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and modern data platforms
• Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder engagement
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
