Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience with data centre hardware, strong troubleshooting, and a proactive, customer-focused approach within a 24x7 rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data centre hardware lifecycle experience.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, deploy, maintain, upgrade, and decommission data centre equipment.
• Triage and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain asset and spare-parts inventory using internal systems.
• Participate in rotating 24x7 shift roster and on-call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
