Alteryx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trainer to join Education Services Delivery.

You will deliver instructor-led training across virtual and onsite environments, mentor instructors, and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to continually improve the learner experience. The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, knowledge of Alteryx Designer, and willingness to travel for customer-facing training and internal events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience delivering technical, software, data analytics, or enterprise technology training.
• Strong working knowledge of Alteryx Designer and the broader Alteryx platform.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Experience teaching audiences with different technical backgrounds and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private, public, subscription-based, and cohort-based instructor-led training for global customers.
• Facilitate virtual and onsite courses covering foundational through advanced Alteryx capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction for learners with varying experience levels.
• Lead demonstrations, hands-on exercises, guided labs, workshops, office hours, and customer-specific enablement sessions.
• Adapt delivery methods to different audiences across analysts, business users, administrators, and technical professionals.
