Job summary

Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) is seeking a Senior Application Developer D365 to design and enhance enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will develop applications, integrations and automations, working with stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You will lead design, build, test and deployment activities, mentor teammates, and ensure security, lifecycle management and maintainability across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 (D365), and Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Azure services, APIs, plugins and integrations.
• Understanding of solution architecture, security and application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure solutions.
• Build integrations, customisations, workflows and automations across enterprise systems.
• Prepare solution designs, specifications, test plans and documentation.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex application and integration issues.
• Support estimation, planning, testing, deployment, release and environment management.
• Coordinate delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies with key partners.
• Oversee service providers and implementation partners to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Monitor performance, complete root cause analysis and support upgrades.
• Mentor team members and champion modern development practices, automation and reusable components.
