Job summary

ThreatLocker seeks a Solutions Engineer in Melbourne to support the Sales team through lead and product demonstrations, and to manage post-sales technical support during audits. The role requires deep cybersecurity and IT solutions expertise and the ability to articulate complex specifications to clients.

You will analyze technologies, document requirements for updates, and collaborate with sales to track progress and implement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience within cybersecurity industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales in lead and product demonstration calls.
• Manage post-sales cycle and provide technical support during audits.
• Serve as a technical expert with detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
• Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
• Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate gaps in processes.
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates relating to customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
• Create and deploy product training webinars.
• Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter.
