Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Cyber Security within Technology Consulting to lead the design, transformation and delivery of vulnerability management services for major organisations. Location is Sydney with flexibility for Melbourne.

You will assess maturity, advise on uplift initiatives and drive scalable, risk-based programs while guiding engagements and teams. The role requires strategic advisory skills, strong leadership and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating complex vulnerability management programs.
• Experience in assessing current-state maturity and uplift initiatives.
• Ability to lead client engagements with technical oversight across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of enterprise vulnerability management programs.
• Assess current-state cyber security capabilities and provide recommendations to improve maturity and governance.
• Design and operate complex vulnerability management programs to reduce risk.
• Provide leadership and oversight across client engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members within the practice.
• Support business development activities and practice growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies.
