Coles Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Transformation to own the integrated management of the Customer Experience transformation portfolio. You will connect strategic priorities with investment, capacity, dependencies and realised value across products and projects.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, Product, Commercial and Group Strategy to run portfolio planning, governance, challenge delivery confidence, and surface constraints early.

Formación

• Extensive experience in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, consulting or program management.
• Proven experience leading an integrated portfolio or transformation office across complex, cross-functional change.
• Strong capability across prioritisation, roadmaps, dependency management and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated management of Coles’ Customer Experience transformation portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning, governance rhythms and prioritisation discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and coach a pooled team of CX Transformation analysts and uphold high analysis standards.
