Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Transformation to own the integrated management of its customer experience transformation portfolio. • Experience leading an integrated portfolio or transformation office across complex, cross-functional change.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio information into clear executive recommendations and decision materials.
• Strong influencing skills with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and recommend trade-offs without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning and governance rhythms to connect priorities with investment, capacity and value.
• Challenge delivery confidence and surface material constraints early to enable timely decisions.
• Develop and coach a CX Transformation analytics team to high-priority work and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, Product, Commercial and Group Strategy to align delivery with strategic priorities.
