Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning support roles.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the advice process and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own client service and administration process alongside Financial Advisers.
• Manage client communications and be the key point of contact.
• Prepare and process client documentation and implement adviser recommendations.
• Liaise with platforms, product providers and external stakeholders.
• Manage applications, transfers, rollovers and ongoing transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
• Support adviser workflows and follow-up actions.
• Keep clients informed throughout the advice process.
