Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience within Australian financial planning.
• Strong background as a CSM, Senior CSO or Adviser Support professional.
• Experience leading a team or a clear desire to step into team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the client services team.
• Allocating work, monitoring workflows and managing priorities.
• Providing guidance and helping team members develop.
• Managing adviser and client support across the advice process.
• Coordinating client reviews and ongoing service requirements.

• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation.
