Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage land administration and conveyancing to finalise Crown land divestments within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare technical documentation relating to conveyances, title creation, lodgements and other land dealings.
• Develop high-quality briefs, reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Provide expert advice and support to colleagues, customers and stakeholders on land management and divestment matters.
• Research and interrogate land information systems to obtain accurate land status and transaction information.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of land information and records.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to keep transactions moving and achieve successful outcomes.
• Respond to enquiries professionally, accurately and in a timely manner.
