Job summary

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) in NSW is hiring a Property Services Officer to manage frontline Crown land services, administer records, and support customer enquiries. This ongoing full-time role is based in Maitland with some travel and offers a competitive salary plus super.

You will work in a collaborative team, handle office and data administration, and contribute to public outcomes through accurate land information and responsive service. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service.

• Willing to travel as required.

• Provide clear, consistent advice to customers on routine Crown land matters.
• Respond to enquiries and help navigate land status information.
