Qualifications

• Experience in property management and land administration related to land sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage land administration and conveyancing to finalise Crown land divestments within timeframes.
• Prepare technical docs for conveyances, title creation, lodgements and land dealings.
• Develop briefs, reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Provide expert guidance on land management and divestment matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Research land information systems to obtain accurate status and transaction details.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of land records and information.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to progress transactions to successful outcomes.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
