Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation for conveyances, title creation, lodgements and land dealings.
• Develop briefs, reports and recommendations to support informed decisions.
• Provide expert advice to colleagues, customers and stakeholders on land management and divestment matters.
• Research land information systems to obtain accurate land status and transaction information.
• Ensure accuracy of land information and records.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to keep transactions moving and achieve outcomes.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and timely.
