Job summary

Qualifications

• Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in emergency management or incident management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of critical communications during incidents and major events.
• Oversee radio network traffic management and ensure service availability.
• Contribute to emergency planning and operational readiness initiatives.
• Plan and conduct operational exercises to test response arrangements.
• Interface with NSW Telco Authority, ESOs and service providers.
• Drive timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
• Analyze trends to improve service delivery and safety outcomes.
