Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Western Australia is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, procurement and contract administration on major real estate, infrastructure and resource projects. You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate cost estimates, risk analysis and value optimization.

The role requires a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS is preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• MRICS/AIQS accreditation ideal.
• Relevant consultancy experience.
• Proficient in CostX advantageous.
• Attention to detail, team player, able to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage cost on projects.
• Perform pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimates and procurement.
• Prepare feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Produce and present final cost plans and valuations.
• Manage tendering processes and contract documentation.
• Interfaces with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
