Turner & Townsend is seeking a visionary Director to lead the Cost Management team in Australia. You will drive business development, oversee end-to-end cost management delivery on real estate projects, and lead a high-performing team delivering solutions for clients.

You will build strong client relationships, advise on procurement and value management, and contribute to strategic growth in a dynamic global firm.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
• Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• At least 15-20 years’+ experience.
• Strong background delivering consultancy services in Turner & Townsend's sectors.
• Experience leading cost management commissions on medium to high complexity projects.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters and procurement/value management.
• Strong people management experience within cost management teams.
