NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Correctional Education Officer to lead accredited LLND programs across multiple correctional regions. You will manage staff, resources and assessment to ensure quality learning and compliance with regulatory standards in a correctional context.

The role requires travel across North, South, Metro and West regions, with home bases at designated correctional centres.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent required.
• Graduate Diploma in Education or higher with related experience.
• TAE40122 or successor certification is required.
• Current NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel across centres.

Responsabilidades

• Lead education service delivery and manage staff and resources.
• Oversee student assessment, placement and pathways.
• Maintain compliance with ASQA and RTO requirements.
• Manage performance plans and staff development.
• Coordinate leave, timesheets and training calendars.
• Drive operations, reporting and KPI adherence.
• Support onboarding and curriculum governance.
• Record learner participation and manage complaints.
