Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive category strategies and supplier partnerships across the corporate portfolio. You will shape procurement strategy, deliver sustainable value and work closely with facilities, ICT and finance teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.

You will lead major tenders, negotiations and transformation initiatives, while modelling strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, category management or supply chain leadership.
• Experience across complex corporate or service-based procurement categories.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proven success delivering sourcing, cost-saving and value improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
• Experience leading teams and driving organisational change.
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and category management across Sydney Adventist Hospital's Corporate portfolio.
• Manage complex sourcing initiatives, negotiations and supplier partnerships across key corporate categories.
• Drive procurement transformation, strengthen governance and compliance frameworks.
• Build wider team capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with Facilities, ICT, Finance, Food Services, People & Culture and other corporate functions.
