Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to manage procurement and category management for a diverse clinical portfolio. You will work closely with clinicians, suppliers and operational stakeholders to translate category strategies into day-to-day purchasing, inventory and supplier management activities.

You will lead purchasing, support sourcing and tender processes, monitor inventory performance and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or category management in healthcare or similar regulated settings.
Exposure to tenders, RFx processes and supplier relationship management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing procurement data, inventory and reporting.
Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities and category management across a clinical portfolio.
Support sourcing and tender processes and monitor inventory performance.
Build strong supplier partnerships to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply of clinical products and services.
Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance and supply continuity.
Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with procurement policies.
