Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking a procurement professional to support administrative, governance and transactional activities across Clinical and Corporate portfolios. You will manage purchases, supplier onboarding and records, ensuring compliant procurement aligned with policies.

You’ll collaborate with Heads of Category and Category Managers, assist sourcing, tenders and reporting while maintaining governance registers.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, contract administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records, registers and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and governance requirements.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems such as Oracle, JDE or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment highly regarded.
• Qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative, governance and transactional support across Clinical and Corporate procurement portfolios.
• Manage purchasing transactions, supplier onboarding, procurement records and contract documentation.
• Support sourcing activities, tenders, supplier management and reporting while maintaining governance records and registers.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of NSW's largest private hospital and ensure clinicians have access to required products and services.
