You will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, work closely with owners, investors, executives and boards, and play a key role in mentoring lawyers and strengthening client relationships.

• 10+ years' PAE in Corporate, M&A and transactional matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated business development capability.

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share sale and shareholder agreements.
