Platinum Pacific Partners in Sydney is seeking a Corporate Development Associate Director to Director to drive strategic M&A, corporate development, investments and new business initiatives across the platform.

You will originate and execute transactions, shape investment theses, and work directly with senior leadership and portfolio company management, taking opportunities from concept through execution and ongoing oversight.

Qualifications

• Broad strategic role spanning M&A, corporate development, investments and new business initiatives.
• Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to identify opportunities beyond execution.
