Corporate Development Associate Director – Director | Sydney

We are partnering exclusively with a growing alternative investment platform to appoint a Corporate Development Associate Director to Director.

This is an opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role that goes beyond traditional M&A execution. You will play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities, developing strategic initiatives and executing transactions across the platform. Working closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management, you will help shape investment theses, build relationships across the market and take opportunities from initial concept through to execution and ongoing oversight.

The platform has a diversified investment focus across real estate, digital infrastructure, energy and other real asset sectors, providing exposure to a range of strategies, transactions and business building initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have started their career in investment banking M&A before moving into an active corporate development role or a fund environment. You will bring strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to identify and develop opportunities beyond a purely execution-focused mandate.

Experience across real assets, real estate, digital infrastructure, energy or alternative investments would be advantageous.
