Job summary

Platinum Pacific Partners in Sydney’s CBD is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join a leading independent real estate transactions and investment oversight platform. You will work closely with global capital partners and senior transaction leads on high-profile projects from origination to execution.

The role offers rare end-to-end exposure across development-led deals, with responsibility for due diligence, deal structuring, investor reporting and strategic oversight as projects progress

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Real Estate Investment Management, Valuations, or Big 4 Transactions.
• Strong transaction execution skills and ability to navigate commercial and legal documents.
• Interest in development-led deals with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute real estate transactions and assist senior leads.
• Collaborate with global capital partners on deal origination and structuring.
• Prepare investor reports and provide project oversight.
• Support JV management and development oversight on active projects.
