Job summary

Platinum Pacific Partners is seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Vice President for Sydney to lead M&A and corporate transactions, originating new investment opportunities and strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management to advance strategic initiatives across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years experience across investment banking, private equity, investment management, corporate development or related transactions environment.
• Experience across real assets, real estate, digital infrastructure, energy or alternative investments is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of leading transactions and origination capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and corporate transactions, originate new investment opportunities and strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and portfolio company management on strategic initiatives across the platform.
• Develop ideas, build market relationships and take opportunities from thesis through to execution and ongoing oversight.
