We’re working with a leading Australian-owned resources business based in Sydney with active operations in NSW. The company is driving a unique strategy that combines traditional mining with large-scale renewable energy initiatives, positioning itself at the forefront of Australia’s energy transition.

They are currently seeking a Corporate Development Associate or Manager to join their lean, high-performing team. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior executives, this role offers end-to-end exposure to M&A transactions, investment assessment, capital raising, and corporate strategy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating new opportunities, managing investor materials, supporting both equity and debt funding initiatives, and contributing to special projects across the business. The role also includes supporting corporate treasury and working with internal teams and external advisors across legal, financial, and technical areas.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services, corporate development, or real asset funds, with a strong preference for exposure to the mining or natural resources sectors. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial judgement are essential, as is the ability to manage projects independently and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
