The role is hands-on and requires curiosity, investigative thinking and commercial awareness to translate complex subject matter into engaging content.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and interviewing skills.
• Strong analytical capability and research skills.
• Ability to turn complex topics into engaging content.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to professional services or insurance sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify ideas, issues and insights with SMEs.
• Develop articles, reports, thought leadership and case studies.
• Conduct interviews and research to uncover stories.
• Turn technical information into clear narratives.
• Coordinate content production with internal/external teams.
• Adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Use AI to support research and production while maintaining editorial judgment.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
