Job summary

HomePlace is seeking a Senior Coordinator to oversee safe, high-quality, person-centred supports for people living with disability. You will lead delivery models, monitor outcomes, and ensure plans remain aligned with goals and funding.

This role requires 3+ years in disability or community services, strong leadership, budgeting, and safeguarding experience, plus excellent stakeholder communication and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Human Services, Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Health or related discipline, or equivalent leadership capability.
• 3+ years of experience leading disability, community or human services teams.
• Experience managing Supported Independent Living or similar services.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing complex participant supports.
• Experience in quality, safeguarding and risk management and organisational improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce resources and operational performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning skills and NDIS compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with participant goals and funding.
• Lead design, implementation and review of individualised support arrangements and plans.
• Coach and develop Senior Support Workers; provide guidance in complex participant needs.
• Monitor service quality, outcomes, and experiences; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee risk management, safeguarding, incident investigations and compliance with NDIS standards.
• Collaborate with scheduling, finance and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
