Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Manager to lead the contract administration and procurement function for the Alkimos Seawater Alliance, reporting to the Commercial Lead. You will mentor the contracts and procurement team and oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements on a landmark water infrastructure project.

This high‑impact role spans cost management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement, working with the Project Management team to shape

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Law, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience leading contracts and procurement teams.
• Knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts and procurement team
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes
• Identify, log and mitigate contract and supply chain risks
• Drive monthly cost management, reporting and forecasting
• Oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements
• Support resolution of commercial disputes and claims
• Champion safety, compliance and process improvement
