As Contracts and Procurement Manager for the Alkimos Seawater Alliance, you will lead the contract administration and procurement function for the Alkimos Seawater Alliance, mentoring and guiding the contracts and procurement team, overseeing supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements, and working closely with the Project Management team to shape commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• A degree in Commerce, Law or Quantity Survey or a related field.
• Experience leading contracts and procurement teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
• Experience on major infrastructure or alliance projects.
• Solid commercial and risk management acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts and procurement team
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes
• Identify, log and mitigate contract and supply chain risks
• Drive monthly cost management, reporting and forecasting
• Oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements
• Support resolution of commercial disputes and claims
• Champion safety, compliance and process improvement
