Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Manager to lead the contract administration and procurement function for the Alkimos Seawater Alliance. You will mentor the team, oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements, and collaborate with the Project Management team to shape commercial strategy on a landmark water infrastructure project.

The role spans cost management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and ensuring safety and compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Law, Quantity Survey or related field
• Proven experience leading contracts and procurement teams
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes
• Experience on major infrastructure or alliance projects
• Sound commercial and risk management acumen

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts and procurement team
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes
• Identify, log and mitigate contract and supply chain risks
• Drive monthly cost management, reporting and forecasting
• Oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements
• Support resolution of commercial disputes and claims
• Champion safety, compliance and process improvement
