Job summary

ACCIONA is a global company delivering regenerative infrastructure and sustainable water projects. The Contracts and Procurement Manager will lead the contract administration and procurement for the Alkimos Seawater Alliance, guiding supplier and consultant agreements and shaping commercial strategy on a landmark Perth project.

The role spans cost management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Commercial Lead and mentoring the contracts and procurement team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Law, Quantity Survey or related field.
• Proven experience leading contracts and procurement teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
• Experience on major infrastructure or alliance projects.
• Sound commercial and risk management acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts and procurement team.
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
• Identify, log and mitigate contract and supply chain risks.
• Drive monthly cost management, reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee supplier, subcontractor and consultant agreements.
• Support resolution of commercial disputes and claims.
• Champion safety, compliance and process improvement.
