Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a seasoned Contracts and Procurement professional to administer head contracts and subcontracts for a major regional transmission line project in Australia. You will coordinate tenders, awards and purchase orders, and manage variations, claims and registers, ensuring alignment with budget and project controls.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering contracts across large infrastructure projects with strong commercial oversight.
• Ability to oversee subcontracts, packages and supplier agreements.
• Ability to interpret and administer contract terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of risk allocation and contract change management.
• Strong written and verbal stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the head contract and subcontracts across the project.
• Coordinate tenders, evaluations, awards and purchase orders.
• Manage variations, adjustment events, claims and records of disputes.
• Package subcontracts with clear scope and risk allocation.
• Track commitments, lead times, supplier performance and cost against budget.
• Identify and elevate commercial and contractual risks and report them.
