Canon Australia is seeking a high calibre Contracts Specialist to join its Contracts Management Team in Sydney. You will proactively partner with internal and external stakeholders and navigate complex high value contracts to deliver sound commercial outcomes.

The role involves reviewing customer contracts, providing risk assessments, working with in-house legal, and driving improvements to the contract experience while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to assess and manage commercial and contractual risk.
• Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a commercial sales or customer-focused environment.
• A legal qualification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing customer contracts and amendments to reflect sales opportunities.
• Providing commercially focused and balanced risk assessments of exposure to Canon in contractual terms.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including in-house legal, to finalise contracts promptly.
• Undertaking continual improvement actions within the team and across the business to improve the customer contract experience with Canon.
