Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking a Contracts Specialist in Sydney to join the Contracts Management Team. You will proactively partner with internal and external stakeholders, review contracts, draft amendments, and negotiate terms to deliver sound commercial outcomes.

You will assess commercial and contractual risk, work with our legal team, and drive improvements to the customer contract experience while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to assess and manage commercial and contractual risk.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and amendments reflecting sales opportunities.
• Provide risk assessments of exposure to Canon in contractual terms.
• Collaborate with peers, in-house legal team and stakeholders to finalise contracts.
• Drive continual improvement to enhance the contract experience.
