Versatile Group is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery on a major Sydney-based project valued over $200M. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will coordinate with project directors, consultants and subcontractors to ensure obligations are met and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

Experience as Senior Contracts Administrator or similar in construction.
Delivery of major projects with significant value (>$100M).
Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management principles.
Experience with procurement processes and subcontractor packages.
Knowledge of Australian Standard forms of contract.

Responsibilities

Support the commercial and contractual delivery of a major project valued over $200M.
Manage upstream contract obligations, correspondence, reporting and commercial requirements.
Lead subcontractor procurement, tendering, evaluation and contract award processes.
Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Manage variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and commercial performance.
Identify, manage and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Work with senior leadership to drive commercial outcomes and governance.
