Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a flagship $270m mixed-use project in Gordon on Sydney's North Shore. You will work with the PM and delivery team to manage procurement, tender analysis, and subcontract letting, ensuring commercial outcomes and risk control.

The role requires proven experience on large projects, strong front-end commercial skills, and a track record of leading packages from tender through to award and delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior Contracts Administrator with head contractor or developer-builder experience.
• Exposure to $100m+ projects and complex mixed-use developments.
• Strong procurement, subcontract negotiation and front-end commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and tendering of major trade packages.
• Scope preparation, tender analysis and recommendations.
