Glencore Australia seeks an experienced Contracts Superintendent for the Hunter Valley Operations. You will lead the Contracts team, report to the Commercial Manager and drive contracting strategy to optimise outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing tenders, contract renewals, and development of new capital/service contracts. Strong negotiation, ERP SAP experience and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/commerce or related field.
• Experience managing tenders, contract development and contractor management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Contracts function to optimise outcomes.
• Drive teamwork, continuous improvement and policy adherence.
• Provide strategic contracts advice to stakeholders.
• Develop/manage renewal timelines and new contracts for capital and services.
