Job summary

Glencore Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) is seeking an experienced Contracts Superintendent to join the on-site team. You will report to the Commercial Manager and lead the Contracts function to optimise outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver cost-effective services for capital scopes and site operations.

You will renew contracts, develop new contracts, mentor the team, and influence stakeholders with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contracts functions in large projects or resources sectors.
• Experience in tendering, evaluation and negotiation of contracts.
• Ability to apply commercial acumen to business decisions and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contracts function to optimise contracted outcomes for HVO.
• Provide strategic contracts advice to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage contract renewal timelines and new contracts for capital scopes and services.
