You will oversee subcontractor networks, ensure timely package awards within budget, and provide strategic contract guidance to senior teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction/fit-out contracts management.
• Qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement strategies, including breakdown into works packages and subcontractor identification.
• Drive the review process to award packages within time frame and budget.
• Forecast costs and revenue and manage commercial risk with corrective actions.
• Lead identification and quantification of scope changes and client negotiations.
• Ensure market coverage through networks of subcontractors to meet price and scope.
• Assess risks in delivery and implement controls, escalating as needed.
• Provide strategic advice on complex contractual issues to senior leaders.
• Engage with stakeholders and build beneficial relationships with clients, subcontractors and external parties.
