Gamuda Engineering Pty Ltd in Melbourne invites an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the commercial delivery of the Mortlake energy project. Based in our Melbourne office, you will work with site delivery teams and report to the Contracts Manager.

You will manage end-to-end subcontract administration, variations, and commercial reporting, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management in civil engineering, major infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
• Working knowledge of Australian construction contracts and procurement frameworks.
• Experience with EPC contracting or major equipment supply agreements is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical capabilities with budgets, forecasting, and project finance systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to collaborate with remote site teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end contract administration across subcontract packages and variations.
• Prepare and issue commercial reporting packs to senior leadership.
• Support sourcing, tendering, evaluation and contract award processes.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project controls.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and financial risks.
• Assist in resolving disputes and claims with subcontractors.
