Job summary

Parkview Constructions in Sydney is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to keep projects on track financially and contractually, ensuring builds run smoothly from start to finish. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 3–5 years’ experience on large-scale projects are required.

You will coordinate subcontractor contracts, monitor variations and payments, and help with cost control and forecast reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Sydney's construction market is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedule.
• Administer subcontractor performance, variations, extensions and payments.
• Ensure timely assessment and processing of payment claims and invoices.
• Prepare and assist in cost control, forecasts and project financial reporting.
• Prepare head contract payment claims and client correspondence.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, tender review and engagement.
• Coordinate overall planning, programming and procurement schedules.
• Assist with subcontract management and procurement schedules.
