Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Contract Administrator to join our Construction Management and Contract Administration team in Queensland. This senior role requires extensive experience in administering and delivering complex road and transport infrastructure contracts, working with government clients, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and compliant outcomes.

You’ll provide sound commercial and contractual guidance, lead teams, and manage high-value projects

Qualifications

• 20+ years in contract administration and delivery of major road projects.
• Experience as Contract Administrator, Superintendent, or Representative.
• Strong knowledge of TIC-CO, D&C, CPA, Alliance or equivalent contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and delivery of major road contracts, ensuring time, cost, quality, safety and contractual objectives.
• Take roles such as Superintendent, Contract Administrator, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative as required.
• Provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across project lifecycle from mobilisation to close-out.
• Manage complex contracts per TMR standards, policies and legislation.
• Provide expert contractual and commercial advice to clients and project leadership.
• Lead variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims and notices.
