Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced contract administrator to join the commercial team delivering a major solar development in Central Queensland. This site-based role supports project leadership, engineers and supervisors with day-to-day subcontract administration, with a 14-days-on, seven-days-off roster from Brisbane.

The successful candidate will manage subcontract packages, assess progress payments and variations, and maintain strong communication with site

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum five years administering contracts on major civil, construction, mining, energy or renewable projects.
• Strong understanding of progress payments, variations and subcontract commercial controls.
• Clear communication and effective site-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support cost forecasting and commercial performance reports.
